インテリア アクセサリーと遊ぶ

新築の戸建をご計画されるご夫婦からご相談をお受けしました。これは、戸建の企画販売をされている会社の社長からのご紹介でした。基本のプランはもうできていて、室内のインテリア計画のお手伝いをさせていただくことになったのです。お部屋の中は、床と壁、天井で構成されているわけですが、ちょっとした手の入れ方で随分とオリジナルな住まいに変わります。家具の配置からまず、スタート。それぞれのスペースをどんなふうに使っていくのかを、あれこれとこれからの生活を思い浮かべていただきながら、小さな頃のお母様との思い出話や、ゴミの処理の仕方や、料理の後片付けの仕方など、いろいろと話しに花を咲かせながら... 。ご主人はとても優しい方で、奥様はとっても美人でキュート！誰に対しても優しく、心配りの行き届いたご夫婦です。お打ち合わせには、奥様のお母様もご一緒していただいたこともあったのですが、お母様は家づくりの達人。今までのご経験から、何が不便で、何が生活に便利か、よくご存知です。新しい家づくりにも、お母様の知恵がふんだんに生かされています。その知恵の深さに私たちも大いに勉強させていただきました。

Playing with interior accessories

Mr. and Mrs. S, another client of mine, came for a design consultation. they planned a new detached house. they were introduced toour company by the President of the company which built and sold them the house. The basic plan of the house was already prepared and I just helped them with their interior planning. The interior of then ew house had the basic floor, wall and ceiling coverings, but by changing them skillfully and with some thought the whole thing could be made into a very original and living house. At first we started examining the layout of the furniture they wanted. I asked them to imagine how they intended to use the spaces by talking about their recollections of their mother when they were children. the way she dealt with rubbish, the way she washed dishes etc. Mr. S seemed to be very gentle and Mrs. S was very beautiful. The couple would look very kind to anybody and seemed to be avery caring couple. Sometimes Mrs. S mother joined the meetings. Her mother was a real expert home maker. She instinctively understood from her previous experience, what was going to be convenient and what was going to be convenient for any life space. The wisdom of them other was also extremely useful in rearranging the new house. We studied a lot and thedepth ofher wisdom was very impressive.
